All materials contained in any Maui-Activities web site are the copyrighted property of Maui-Activities, or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies. All programming and/or data base systems not limited to the Hawaiian Audio Dictionary are proprietary to Dream Team Media LLC., or its affiliates or licensees. No material from any Maui-Activities web site or any Internet site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by us may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, noncommercial home use only, provided that (i) you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices, (ii) you make no modifications to the materials, (iii) you do not use the materials in a manner that suggests an association with any of our products, services, or brands, and (iv) you do not download quantities of materials to a database that can be used to avoid future downloads from any Maui-Activities web site. The use of any Cut Rate Activity or Dream Team Media LLC. material on any other Web site or computer environment is prohibited.

In the event you download software from any Maui-Activities web site, the software, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively, the "Software") are licensed to you by us or third-party licensors for your personal, noncommercial home use only. We do not transfer title to the Software to you. You own the medium on which the Software is recorded, but we (or our third-party licensors) retain full and complete title to the Software and all intellectual property rights therein. SITE RULES
You may use electronic greeting cards for noncommercial purposes only. You must furnish your actual e-mail address in order to send a card or message. Any business use, "remailing," or other high-volume application is strictly prohibited. You are not permitted to send cards or messages using an automated program. Electronic greeting cards messages may not contain inappropriate language or encourage illegal activity. Electronic greeting cards that violate these guidelines will not be delivered.

AMENDMENT

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these terms of use at any time. In the event that we do so, we will notify you of any such change by prominently posting notice of the any such change, modification, addition, or deletion on the Web sites covered by these terms of use. Any such change, modification, addition, or deletion will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of such notice on the Web site covered by these terms of use. Please note that, at all times, you are responsible for updating your personal information to provide us your current e-mail address. In the event that the last e-mail address that you have provided us is not valid, or for any other reason is not capable of delivering to you the notice described above, our dispatch of the e-mail will nonetheless constitute effective notice of the changes, modifications, additions, or deletions described in the notice.

Hopefully, you have had enough time to look around the web to verify that we are by far the least expensive activity company of any other company on the web. We do this by not taking any commission at all for booking the activity. We sell you activities at our cost.
HOW DO WE MAKE MONEY, you may ask. We make our commission by sending you to a 90-120 educational presentation about vacation ownership during your stay in the islands. (We have presentations on all islands). You can attend your presentation at any time during your stay – before, between or after your scheduled activities. We will schedule your presentation at your convenience. Presentation times are 8:30AM and 11:30AM seven days a week. They take about 90-120 minutes and include a full continental breakfast or a gourmet deli style lunch.

In return for attending the presentation, you are now able to take advantage our wholesale prices for as many activities as you would like. You can pre-book your activities before arriving on Maui; and you can continue to book activities throughout your vacation at any of our eight locations, conveniently throughout Maui. We prefer that you book in advance. It's to your benefit, since it costs nothing to reserve your activities. Many of the most popular activities can book out up to six weeks in advance. When you pre-book, we hold your credit card information to confirm your reservations. However we do not charge your credit card; we only hold it. When you arrive on Maui you can pay for your activities any way you want: cash, credit card, or travelers check.

Here is the biggest advantage for you, the consumer. Since we make NO commission for booking your activities, we can be completely honest and above-board with you. Our advice really does mean something: we recommend only those activities that we feel are truly the best.

There are hundreds of activities to choose from, all competing for your business. Activity owners use commissions as an incentive to encourage other sellers (our competitors) to book a particular activity. We make NO commission for selling activities. We make our commission by sending you to a 90-120 minute vacation ownership presentation, whether you buy anything or not.

All other activity sellers earn commissions on the activities that they sell you. Therefore, the other sellers are compelled to sell you as many activities as possible. As far as they're concerned, all activities are the best. That's how they make their living. Remember, with our system, we have no financial stake in recommending one activity over another. Heck, sometimes we may advise you not to book a particular activity, because you can get essentially the same one for a lot less money! We recommend particular activities based solely on the value that you, the consumer, receive.
